For years we've been trying to determine what kind of dog our Chapy is (he will be 10 this summer and most people think he's a puppy). After a random search for Chihuahua mixes we found your blog.Chapy is from Havana, Cuba. He's a TV actor for Japanese TV and the Discovery Channel, a political activist (super liberal) and has recently taken to blogging though his English is not very good. You can see some of his blog entries.He is very refined.
