Tiga's Gallery

Tiga's owner writes: I just got Tiga on Sat. the 19th 2009. She is 2 and a half months old. This is my first Jackhuahua. I have 2 Chi's and have had 4 throughout my life. I have never had a JRT, but my Dad had one and I was able to visit it several times, so I kinda know how much energy they have.

I really look forward to raising my new baby.

Louie's Gallery (7)

Louie is now a 16 months old and doing great!!! We have come so far in training him. He has been enjoying his summer. He loves to play fetch with his ball in the lake and take long rides on the boat.. His social skills are much better. He gets along with people and other dogs now. He enjoys going on his play dates with his buddies. He still does not like big dogs, only small and medium size. Louie also encountered his first bee sting this summer. His little paw and thigh swelled up real big and he limp around for a little while. We put some ice on it and removed the stinger and he is doing much better. Thankfully he didn’t have an allergic reaction.

I had to share my pictures of my jackhuahua, Petey. He will be a year old in October. Petey came into my life two months after my husband deployed to Afghanistan. He's been a absolute joy in my life, helping me through a hard time in my life. He's not as hyper as a jack and not as timid as a chihuahua. He's a happy mix of the two, a wonderful, obedient dog.

Louie's Gallery (6)

Louie writes: I am now a 1 yr old……. I went on my first boating trip of the season and loved it. It is still too chilly for me to go swimming. Once it warms up, I will be all about swimming in the lake. I enjoy watching the fish jump out of the water. I often bark at them.. I also enjoy looking over the sides of the boat and letting the wind and water hit me in the face. I can’t wait for summer to be here :)
